Method of cooking:
Boil beets, carrots, eggs, beef until fully cooked, cut all these ingredients into small cubes (eggs can be grated on a grater, if you like). Squeeze the garlic into the mayonnaise, add a little salt, mix. We begin to lay layers:

1. Spread a thin layer of carrots with mayonnaise and garlic;
2. Beets layer larger than carrots, grease with mayonnaise;
3. A layer of beef, liberally grease with mayonnaise;
4. Coat the egg layer with sour cream.

There is an option to repeat all the layers a couple of times, making them thinner, but this is a matter of taste.

Put the salad in the refrigerator for an hour so that it soaks in and is cold.
