Kremlin salad is tasty and low in calories

1. Boil and clean potatoes and eggs. Cut the potatoes into cubes. Separate the egg yolks from the whites. Finely chop both yolks and whites (it is convenient to just mash them with a fork).

2. Finely chop the cabbage, salt, mix. Pellet boilers Lviv

3. Fry the nuts, stirring constantly, in a dry pan until light golden. Cool and finely chop.

4. Grate raw carrots on a coarse grater.

5. Now we begin to assemble our “Kremlin” salad. Layer the ingredients on the dish:

– Potatoes. Lightly salt and grease with mayonnaise.
– Carrot. Salt again and smear with mayonnaise.
Yolk and mayonnaise.
– Cabbage squeezed from juice. Mayonnaise.
– Squirrels. Do not grease with mayonnaise.
– Nuts.
For a brighter taste, you can add a little garlic to the mayonnaise. It is better to let the salad stand for a couple of hours, soak and cool. Cut and serve the salad like a cake.
