Lamb with cherries

1. Wash the leg of lamb, dry it, rub it with salt and pepper, half olive oil and half honey. Place in a baking dish and bake in an oven heated to 240 C for 20 minutes.

2. Wash and dry cherry tomatoes and rosemary. Take the meat out of the oven, turn it over, pour the remaining oil and honey, add rosemary and tomatoes, pour a glass of water. Wooden furniture Lviv. * Fresh rosemary can be replaced with dried, or you can use other spices to taste.
