Method of cooking:
Boil the rice in salted water until half cooked. Drain the water.

Grate the carrot on a coarse grater, finely chop the cabbage, onion and green onion. Add rice, egg and vegetables to the minced meat, salt, pepper and mix until smooth.

Form round patties from the minced meat, put them in a deep pan or casserole.

Put sour cream and tomatoes in a blender and grind into a puree. Add salt and finely chopped greens.

Pour this sauce over the cabbage rolls.

Bring the contents of the pan to a boil, reduce the heat and simmer with the lid closed for 20-30 minutes.
