Lazy chebureks – a recipe with a photo

Today I am preparing lazy chebureks. There is no particular gloom with them. The recipe is so simple that you will not need a lot of time and effort to prepare such chebureks. Cook and try it – it’s very tasty.

Ingredients:
Sponge:
warm water – 100 ml;
dry yeast – 1 tsp;
sugar – 1 tsp.

Dough:
eggs – 2 pcs.;
kefir – 300 ml;
flour – 300 g;
water – 150 ml;
Sil – 1 tsp

For the filling:
boiled meat – 350 g;
onion – 4 pcs.

The process of making lazy chebureks.

First, let’s prepare the steam. Add one teaspoon of sugar and 100 teaspoon of dry yeast to 1 ml of warm water. Mix and leave in a warm place for 15 minutes.

Pour 300 ml of kefir at room temperature into a bowl, break 2 eggs. Add one teaspoon of salt and mix with a whisk. We add to the mixture that is suitable.

Sift the flour and add it to the dough. Mix with a whisk until smooth so that there are no lumps. Add 150 milliliters of warm water. Mix with a whisk. The dough should be thicker than on a pancake.

Peel the onion and cut it into small cubes. Pour a little vegetable oil into the pan, put out the onion until it is ready, stirring occasionally.

When the onion has become soft, add boiled twisted meat (I have beef). Mix everything and add salt and spices to taste. The filling is ready.

The dough has already started to bubble. You can start cooking chebureks in a pan.

Pour a little vegetable oil, pour the dough into the pan, level it with a ladle or a spoon. I have a pan with a diameter of 20 cm.

As soon as the dough starts to set, put the filling on one half.

Cover the filling with the other half and press the edges with a fork so that they stick together.

Fry the chebureks on both sides until golden on medium heat for 2 minutes on each side. Add vegetable oil if needed.

They are soft, juicy and very tasty. And most importantly, they are prepared in a matter of minutes.
