Ingredients:
Lemons – 4 pieces
Sugar – 1 kilogram.

Method of cooking:
Wash the lemons well, cut them into small slices along with the peel and remove the seeds.

Pass lemons through a meat grinder and then add sugar.

Leave the lemons for a whole day in an enameled dish in a warm room. You should periodically stir so that the sugar is completely dissolved!

In the evening, put the dish with the jam on a slow fire – warm it up, stirring all the time (so that the sugar dissolves completely), but in no case should you boil it! Then pour into jars, close, cool and send to the refrigerator – there the jam will thicken over time.
