Lemon, orange, water and mint are needed to prepare such water.
Ingredients:
Drinking water – 1 liter,
Orange – 1 piece,
Lemon – 2 pieces,
Mint leaves — 10 pieces.

Method of cooking:
We put mint leaves in a jug where we will prepare a drink.

Cut the lemon into slices with the peel. We do the same with an orange.

Squeeze the orange, lemon, and mint lightly with a spoon.
Pour a little warm water and let the drink infuse for 10 minutes.

Then mix it and let it stand for another 5 minutes. Our drink is ready.

If you add ice, the drink will quench your thirst well, but it will be less effective. You can also add lemon and other citrus fruits.
