Ingredients:
for a pot with a volume of 2 liters:
cartoply – 5 pcs.
buckwheat groats – 1/2 cup
fresh mushrooms – 200 g (champignons)
onion – 1 head
growth oil – 2 tbsp. spoons
mushroom broth – 2 cubes (optional)
ground black pepper, salt
greenery
cream
Preparation
Dissolve cubes of mushroom broth in boiling water, put chopped potatoes in it, let it boil, then add washed buckwheat groats, chopped and fried mushrooms and onions, salt (to taste) and cook until done.
Serve with sour cream and herbs
