For the “lobiani” filling:
300 grams of red beans
1 onion (medium-sized)
4 Art. spoons of butter
a pinch of suneli hops
a little lard for frying onions
greens (cilantro, parsley, basil), ground black pepper and salt – to taste
100 gr. butter for greasing cakes

Preparation:
Dissolve salt, sugar, black pepper and yeast in warm milk, add egg, flour and knead the dough. At the end of the kneading, add melted butter, leave the dough for 1,5 hours.

Finely chop the onion and fry in melted lard until golden. Boiled beans need to be passed through a meat grinder or blender to get puree — butter, onions, chopped greens, suneli hops, black pepper and salt are added to this puree.

The dough is divided into 5 equal parts, each part is rolled into a round cake. The filling is placed in the middle of each cake (it is important that the lump of dough is equal in size to the lump of filling (and vice versa), then the lobiani will turn out delicious), and the edges of the cakes are gathered in the center, pinched, and then the cake is rolled out again. The thickness of the lobiani should not exceed one centimeter . Pierce the top layer of dough in the middle of each lobiani several times with a fork.

Then the cakes are placed on a greased baking sheet and baked until browned. After removing from the oven, each hot “lobiani” should be smeared with melted butter.
