Macaroni casserole is a versatile dish, which is perfect for breakfast and lunch, will appeal to both adults and children. This dish is also called “pasta”, “noodle”.

How to cook pasta casserole.

Prepare minced meat (pork 40%, beef 60%). I take it ready, usually 50/50 – the taste is indistinguishable.

Wash, clean and finely chop the onion.

Wash, peel and grate the carrots on a coarse grater.

Wash and peel the tomatoes.

Grind the tomato in a blender.

Fry the onion in vegetable oil in a pan.

Add carrots to onions. Stir. Fry

Add minced meat to the vegetables. To salt Pepper Stir. Fry for 15 minutes.

Add tomato. Stir. Fry for 5 minutes.

Boil the macaroni in salted water until fully cooked. Wash off.

Grate the cheese on a fine grater.

Beat eggs with milk.

Spread 2/3 of the cooked macaroni evenly over the entire surface in a baking dish.

Distribute the minced meat evenly on top.

Spread the remaining pasta evenly on top.

Spread grated cheese over the entire surface.

Pour everything with an egg-milk mixture.

Bake for 50 minutes in a heated oven at 180 degrees.

Pasta casserole is ready!

Then put the pasta in a mold, flatten it, sprinkle with cheese, put the minced meat and flatten it again. Pour the rest of the sauce over the minced meat and send the dish to the oven. Bake for a little less than half an hour. Hearty casseroles are also made with cheese or chicken liver.
