Macaroni with cheese sauce for dinner.

It was evening, there was nothing to eat. Does this happen to you? If it happens, then you will understand me! In such a situation, I have a time-tested, favorite and always win-win dish – pasta! The presence of cheese in the refrigerator adds another argument to choosing this option for dinner. I will prepare the pasta sauce. Especially since it will take only 10 minutes of additional time!

Ingredients:
good pasta, about 300 g of dry product;
250 g of soft cheese;
2 yolks;
4 tablespoons of flour;
0,5 packs of butter;
2 cups of milk;
basil (I have dried);
salt and pepper to taste.

Boiled water, added salt and sent the pasta to cook.

Since the sauce was planned, this time I did not add vegetable oil to the water. I usually add. I cook for 3 minutes less than recommended for complete readiness. Meanwhile, I send the butter to melt in the microwave!

I add flour to butter.

I beat everything with a blender. I add milk.

I separate the yolks from the whites, send the yolks to the sauce.

I leave the proteins until better times. Then basil (to taste).

Mix everything with a spoon.

The macaroni is cooked, I transfer it to a baking dish, let it wait a little.

Meanwhile, heat the sauce in a pan for a couple of minutes (you will understand, the sauce will become completely homogeneous, and the cheese will begin to stretch).

I pour pasta over them.

I put the form in a well-heated oven for 10 minutes. You can eat! The sauce completely saturates the pasta, the cheese stretches in thin threads, the man eats without stopping. And even I, despite my diet, could not resist one forkful!
