cream 30% – 250 ml;
condensed milk with sugar – 150 g.
Mascarpone ice cream is a delicious and quick version of homemade ice cream. Especially since this is a very simple recipe. The ice cream is very creamy and tasty.
The process of making mascarpone ice cream.
- Place a 250g packet of fresh mascarpone in a saucepan. Also add 10 tbsp. l. condensed milk with sugar (150 g). Mix it all thoroughly.
The cream will begin to slowly thicken. Continue to beat patiently, constantly watching the cream. As soon as it thickens enough to give a little resistance, turn off the mixer. Mixing can take a minute or less. Be careful not to whip the cream for too long. The cream can be ready even after 40 seconds of whipping (a lot depends on the degree of their cooling and the power of the mixer).
