Ingredients:
Minced meat – 400 grams,
Onion – 1 pc.
Garlic – 1 clove,
Salt to taste
Black pepper, ground
Eggs – 3 pc.
Water – 3 tbsp.
flour,
Mayonnaise,
2 tomatoes,
Spices.

Method of cooking:
Pass the onion and garlic through a meat grinder or blender and add to the minced meat.
Salt to taste, pepper. You can add your favorite spices to the minced meat, but it is better to just add them to the batter. Just don’t overdo it with spices, because there is a danger of overpowering the taste of the meat. Mix the minced meat well.

Now we will prepare the batter. The batter for brizoles is prepared in exactly the same way as for pork chops. Beat the eggs in a small container. Lightly beat them with a mixer, blender or fork.
The number of eggs depends on the amount of batter you want to get. Salt the eggs, lightly pepper and add your favorite spices.
Beat the eggs and spices well into a single mass.
Add water (if necessary) to increase the volume. Mix well.

Now form small balls from the minced meat.

We spread each ball into a kind of meat pancake. You can first roll the ball in flour, and then make a pancake, or you can simply use a cellophane bag.

Pour a few spoonfuls of batter onto a shallow plate, place our pancake on top and slide it onto a heated pan with vegetable oil.
