Ingredients:
Pork about 1 kg
Apple 1 large
Vegetable oil 30 gr
Onion 1 pc
Garlic 4 cloves
Salt, a mixture of peppers.
Method of cooking:
First, fry the onion and garlic in a saucepan (pot) in vegetable oil.
While the onion is frying, cut the meat into small pieces.
Add it to the onion, fry it too, then add a cup of boiling water.
So that the meat barely closes. You don’t need a lot of water! But it’s time to add salt and spices to taste.
We stew like this for 1:00, and better for 1,5 hours. Do not add water. Half an hour before readiness, add apples, cut into slices.
Simmer under a closed lid. Half an hour will pass, mix and the dish is ready!
