Ingredients:
Beef tenderloin 400 g
Pork tenderloin 400 g
Ground paprika ½ tsp.
Onion (100g) 1 pc.
Eggplants 300 g
Ground black pepper ¼ tsp.
Ground chili pepper ¼ tsp.
Carrot 200 g
Salt ½ tsp.
Potatoes 300 g
Olive oil 40 ml
Armenian pita bread 7 pcs.
Method of cooking:
Cut the meat into small pieces and fry until done in a hot pan without covering it with a lid.
The main thing here is not to dry it out!
Add finely chopped carrots and onions. Simmer a little.
Next, peel and finely dice the eggplant.
Add to the meat.
Cook until done.
Do not forget to pepper the dish, add salt and add your favorite spices to taste.
Mix everything again and let it simmer a little more.
Separately, fry potatoes cut into small cubes in a pan.
Cut one pita bread into long ribbons so that you can tie other pita breads with them.
Put the filling in the center of the unfolded pita bread.
Carefully wrap pita bread and tie it like a bag.
Put the “bags” in the oven, heated to 160 degrees, for 20 minutes.
In general, the dish is already ready, but after baking, pitas become crispy.
