Meat in sesame breading – a recipe with a photo.

To cook meat in sesame breading, you need good meat. When buying beef tenderloin, it is better to choose fresh meat, because when you buy a frozen piece, you don’t know how many times you tried to defrost it. And in general, it is more pleasant to deal with fresh. I buy meat without veins, pinkish-red in color.

In order for the meat to turn out tasty and juicy, it should be fried in a well-heated pan. Thus, a crust is formed on the meat, and the juice will remain inside. Meat always turns out tender and juicy after such frying. The amount of ingredients in this recipe is calculated for 1 serving. If you need to cook for the whole family or for several guests, increase the number of products several times.

beef tenderloin – 1 pc. (approximately 150 g);
chicken egg (small) – 1 pc.;
flour – 1,5 tablespoons;
sesame seeds – 1 tablespoon;
vegetable oil – 50 g;
salt – a pinch;
ground black pepper – to taste;
greens – to decorate the dish.

We cook meat in sesame breading.

Cut the beef tenderloin into medallions with a thickness of 4 cm, pound with a kitchen hammer. Tip: so that there are no splashes all over the kitchen, put the meat in a plastic bag, and then beat it off. Salt and pepper the meat to taste on both sides.

Take three plates, one deep, the other two – flat. Pour sesame seeds into one plate. Pour flour into another plate. In the third deep plate, beat 1 small chicken egg with a fork. Now take the meat and roll it in flour, then dip it in egg.

Then immediately roll the beef chops in sesame seeds (all procedures are done on both sides).

Heat vegetable oil in a pan. Fry the meat in breadcrumbs in hot oil over medium heat. Fry the meat until golden on one side. Then turn the meat over with a fork and fry on the other side under a slightly open lid and reduce the heat. Meat in sesame is fried very quickly, so don’t go too far.

It is better to serve breaded meat immediately while it is still hot. Serve the dish with vegetables and a side dish. The plate can be decorated with greens. It is very tasty to serve white sauce with breaded meat.
