Meat roll in the oven – a recipe with a photo.

Unless you are a vegetarian, you will hardly be able to do without meat, because it is an excellent source of proteins and various trace elements so necessary for the body. Cooking delicious meat is a whole art that requires a lot of effort and time. Some believe that only men can do it, but in reality, everyone can cook deliciously, you just need a little inspiration, which usually comes when you want to feed the most important people on earth – your family.

700 g of minced beef;
1/2 cup of onion;
1/3 cup of barbecue sauce;
1 tablespoon of mustard;
1-1/2 teaspoons of chili powder;
1 teaspoon of garlic powder;
1/2 teaspoon of coarse salt;
1/2 teaspoon of ground black pepper;
12-14 crackers (or half a glass of crumbs);
1 egg;
350 g of bacon.

Cooking a roll in the oven.

Place the minced beef and chopped onion in the bowl where you will prepare the filling.

Add barbecue sauce, preferably homemade.

If you are not timid and like spicy, then add whole grains of mustard.

Pour in all the spices and seasonings.

Do not forget to add crushed breadcrumbs or crackers, even the dried edge of the loaf will do, just crumble it.

A 350-gram package of bacon is quite enough for a roll.

If there are a few pieces left, you can also use them to better fasten the roll.

Place the roll on a baking sheet lined with foil and brush with the remaining barbecue sauce.

Place the roll on the middle shelf of the oven.

You can use not all the remaining sauce, but only half, and after 30 minutes take out the roll and grease it again. So it should come out juicier.

But even if you do not deviate from the original recipe, the roll should turn out amazing. It should be served as a main dish.

It will surely conquer the hearts of even the most demanding meat lovers.
