Meat (chicken, pork, etc.) — 200 g,
Vegetable oil — 50 ml.,
Carrot – 2 pc.,
Walnuts – 50 g,
Egg – 3 pcs.,
Beet – 2 pc.,
Hard cheese – 100 g,
Garlic – 2 cloves,
Mayonnaise — 100-150 ml.,

Method of cooking:
It will take at least ten minutes to hard-boil eggs.
Pour cold water over the eggs, add salt so they don’t burst, bring to a boil and cook for 10 minutes.
Boil carrots and beets separately. Add salt and a pinch of sugar to carrots, and a tablespoon of sugar to beets.
Fry the cubed meat in oil, add water and stew until it becomes soft. Cool down.

Now we assemble the salad in layers, smearing each one with mayonnaise.
The first layer will be meat.

Then grated cheese on top.

Followed by eggs, chopped on a coarse grater.

And again on top – grated carrots.

On top of carrots – beets grated on a coarse grater.

Lightly fry the nuts in a dry pan and rub into crumbs.
They will be the last layer of the salad.

Store in the refrigerator until serving.
