Method of cooking:
Prepare the minced meat, salt and pepper it a little and add half of the grated onion.

Saute two onions until transparent in oil.

Peel and grate the potatoes on a medium grater, add the second half of the grated onion, salt, mix.

Boil eggs, cut into cubes.

Grate the cheese.

Make cutlets from minced meat. Sprinkle a little flour and flatten with your hands so that they are up to 1 cm thick.

Put on a sheet greased with oil.

Put 1 tablespoon of fried onions on top.

Put grated potatoes on top.

And a small piece of butter.

Then a layer of eggs on top.

Finish with a layer of grated cheese and spread with mayonnaise to taste.

Bake in an oven heated to 180° for 30 minutes.
