Meat with mushrooms in the oven – a recipe with a photo.
It is impossible to say exactly when this dish was invented. Today, various variations of its preparation have reached us. It is worth noting that such a recipe can be found in many restaurants nowadays. At the same time, it is prepared in different ways. Therefore, it is better to make the dish at home, according to the proposed recipe.
The meat will be tender and quite juicy. Moreover, it takes only 20 minutes to cook it. For a side dish, choose what you like best, for example, potatoes. And if you don’t like high-calorie food, then prepare yourself a vegetable salad, since the meat is quite filling.
Ingredients:
200 g of frozen mushrooms;
4 pieces of pork (carbonate);
250 g of cheese;
1 tomato;
mayonnaise;
spices to taste;
sÑ–l for relish.

Cut the meat and beat the pieces through the film. Then put it on a baking sheet, which must first be greased with oil. Salt, add spices.
Next, remove the skin from the tomatoes (steam the vegetable in boiling water for 5 minutes), then cut into circles and put them on top of the meat.
Grate the cheese coarsely. Put one part on the meat with pieces of tomatoes. Then lay out the mushrooms (you can not defrost them). If you want, use fresh chopped mushrooms, then the dish will look neater, since the mushrooms do not stick out.
Next, pour mayonnaise over everything, add salt, and sprinkle with the second part of the grated cheese. Put the dish in the oven and cook at a temperature of 200 degrees for about 20 minutes.
