1 package of puff yeast dough (500 gr.);
2-3 chicken breasts;
100 gr. any cheese (hard varieties);
1 egg.
For the marinade:
Half a lemon;
Bay leaf;
Salt pepper.

Method of cooking:
Cut the chicken breast into several parts (like chops) and beat well, marinate and let stand for 30 minutes.

Roll out the puff pastry and cut it into thin strips (about 0,5 cm).

Wet each chop with a napkin on both sides and cut into strips. Put a piece of cheese in the strip and wrap it.

Wrap a strip of dough on top (2-3 strips per ball).

Place the balls on greased baking paper, brush the top with a beaten egg.

Bake at a temperature of 180 degrees for 35-45 minutes. You can experiment with the filling, instead of cheese you can put prunes or an egg with green onions.
