Milk jelly – a recipe with a photo

Today we will prepare a dessert from childhood – milk jelly. It will be thick and delicate like a mousse, and most importantly – very tasty!

Ingredients:
milk – 800 ml;
potato starch – 4 tbsp. l.;
sugar – to taste;
vanilla sugar – 1 tsp.

The process of making milk jelly.

Pour potato starch into a cup and pour milk. Mix well.

Strain the milk-starch mixture through a sieve.

Pour milk into a pan, add sugar, vanilla sugar, mix well. Bring the milk to a boil.

Pour the milk mixture in a thin stream into the boiling milk and, stirring, boil for 3-4 minutes. We pour the jelly into cream cups.

Let the jelly cool, and then send it to the refrigerator for a couple of hours.

Remember your childhood together with your children – prepare this easy, quick and delicious dessert. You can decorate milk jelly according to your taste: with chocolate, berries, fruits, jam or jam. Bon appetit!
