Millet porridge with pumpkin and honey. Recipe with photo / Second dishes / Delicious
Remove the skin and seeds from the pumpkin and cut it into cubes with a side of 1-1,5 cm. Place in a saucepan, cover with water and bring to a boil over high heat.
Wash the millet in clean water. Also wash the raisins and barberry.
When the water boils, add salt, sugar, ginger, millet, raisins and barberry to the pumpkin. Stir slightly, bring to a boil, cover with a lid and cook over low heat for 15 minutes.
Then evenly spread pieces of butter on the porridge, tightly cover with a lid and place in an oven heated to 150 °C for another 15 minutes.
Mix the porridge, put it in serving plates and pour honey over it. Millet porridge with pumpkin and honey is ready.
