fresh mint leaves – 2 sprigs;
mascarpone – 6 full tbsp. L.;
condensed milk – about 250 g;
lemon or lime juice – 3 tbsp. l.
chocolate for sprinkling.

  1. Rinse the mint sprigs under cold water and dry.

Add in portions to the bowl with the mint liquid. Mix gently but thoroughly. You can use the mixer on low speed.
