At first prepare the marinade. In the bowl where the chicken will be marinated, squeeze out the garlic, add sweet paprika, ground in a coffee grinder or ground in a mortar, and salt (1 tsp). Grind everything thoroughly / mix with a spoon.

Add olive oil, mix.

Put chicken pieces in a bowl with marinade. If desired, the bones can be removed and the meat cut into smaller pieces. Mix the chicken thoroughly with the marinade. Cover with a lid or cling film and place in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours, or overnight. In the process of marinating, it is advisable to stir the chicken several times.

Peel the lemon, cut it into wedges, remove the seeds.

When the chicken is marinated, we proceed to its further preparation. Peel the onion and cut it into cubes.

If necessary, peel the tomatoes and also cut them into cubes.

Heat a little oil in a pan and lay out the marinated chicken. Fry on medium heat for 5 minutes on each side. to a ruddy crust. Put the fried chicken in a bowl.

Put onions in the pan where the chicken was fried. While stirring, fry until transparent.

Add tomatoes, mix.

Next, lay out the fried pieces of chicken, add olives and salted lemon. Bring the sauce to a boil, add salt if necessary, cover with a lid and simmer over low heat for about 35 minutes. until the chicken is ready. From time to time, the chicken should be poured with the sauce in which it is stewed.
