Mujver (zucchini and cheese fritters) / Second courses / Delicious
Grate the zucchini on a coarse grater, add a little salt and stir to release the juice.
Peel the carrot and grate it on a coarse grater.
Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
Chop the greens of dill, parsley and green onion stems with a knife.
Squeeze the grated zucchini well from the juice and place in a large bowl.
Add carrots, cottage cheese, greens and slightly beaten eggs to the zucchini.
Mix everything, salt, add ground black and red hot pepper to taste.
Then add 2-3 tbsp. l. flour (with cream) and mix.
Heat sunflower oil in a pan. Spread the prepared zucchini mixture with a tablespoon and lightly press it with a spoon so as to form fritters.
Fry over low heat on both sides until golden brown. Serve the dish hot or warm with sour cream. Zucchini and cheese fritters (mujver) are ready.
