Ingredients:
Multicolored jellies – several packs totaling 500 grams,
Condensed milk – 700 grams,
Gelatin (package) — 2 pcs.
Method of cooking:
Dissolve one bag of jelly separately in hot water, according to the instructions.
Actively stir until the gelatin dissolves.
Grease a large iron mold with ordinary oil (if not greased, the bottom layer will stick).
Pour the first layer. We put it in the refrigerator.
While the first colored layer hardens, we will prepare the milk one. Dissolve two packages of gelatin in 1/4 of cold water.
Pour half of condensed milk into a bowl, add water with dissolved gelatin and a glass of boiling water to it. Mix carefully.
We take out the form with the slightly hardened first layer of jelly from the refrigerator. Pour about a third of the condensed milk mixture on top.
If bubbles form on the surface, pierce them with a toothpick. We put the form in the refrigerator.
When the milk layer hardens slightly (it hardens faster than the colored layer), pour the similarly prepared colored layer on top. We put it in the refrigerator again.
We continue to alternate layers until you run out of all the ingredients. The layers can be of a different color, there can be a different number of them – it’s all up to you.
When all the layers are ready, send the jelly to the refrigerator for a couple of hours until it hardens completely.
Then we take it out and cut it into beautiful squares.
