Natalie s festive salad – we are preparing a dish.

Today I want to present to you my author’s salad, which is called Natalie. This is a festive, beautiful and tasty salad. Here’s what you’ll need to make this great salad.

chicken eggs (boiled) — 5-6 pcs.;
hake fish (steamed or boiled) – 2 medium carcasses;
greens – 20 g;
any hard cheese (I have Parmental) – 130-150 g;
homemade mayonnaise – 150-200 g;
canned pineapple – 300-350 g;

The process of preparing a salad for the festive table.

We need to grate the yolks separately and the whites separately on a fine grater.

We need to separate the fish from the bones and cut it into small pieces. Be careful not to leave any bones. When slicing fish, don’t think too much about how it will turn out and cut it. If you did not salt the hake when cooking, then we advise you to add a little salt to the salad, because mayonnaise alone will not be enough.

Pineapple should be cut into small pieces.

Grate the cheese on a fine grater.

And now it’s time to collect the salad.

1 layer we will have whites. You can take absolutely any shape – you can make it big, you can make it in the shape of a heart, you can make it square, which you like better.

The second layer will be fish. Once again, I want to emphasize that if you did not salt the fish when cooking, then I advise you to add a little salt, because the eggs are not salty, the fish is not salted, and mayonnaise alone will not be enough.

We put homemade mayonnaise on the fish.

We use pineapples for mayonnaise.

Next to pineapples. Leave about one third of this amount of cheese, because we will need it to decorate the top of the salad.

Saturate the cheese with mayonnaise.

Now it’s the yolk’s turn.

Decorate the salad with greens and sprinkle cheese on one side.

This is the insanely delicious salad I got. Cover it with cling film and put it in the fridge for about an hour to let it soak. Natalie’s salad turned out to be very beautiful, hearty and tasty.
