Ingredients:
Smoked mackerel 70 g
Potatoes 100 g
Beetroot 120 g
Sour cream 1 st. l.
Horseradish sauce 1 tsp.
Ground black pepper 1 g
Salt 1 g
Green salad 10 g
Fresh parsley 5 g.

Method of cooking:
Pre-boil and cool potatoes and beets, prepare sour cream, horseradish, greens, black pepper, mackerel fillet cut into small slices.

Clean the vegetables and cut them into thin slices. Wash the salad, shake off the water, cut off the hard edge.

Put lettuce leaves on a plate, then overlap and alternately lay out potato and beet slices.

Place slices of smoked mackerel on top.

Prepare the dressing by combining sour cream, horseradish, salt, ground black pepper.

Spread the dressing relatively evenly on top of the salad.

Before serving, sprinkle with chopped parsley.
