New Year s salad Crown recipe with photo

1. Boil the vegetables. Grate carrots, potatoes, beets and cheese on a coarse grater. Grind the whites and yolks of boiled eggs separately on a fine grater. Grind the nuts with a blender or by hand.

2. Wash the beef and cut it into small cubes or strips. Boil and fry in oil until a golden crust appears.

3. Spread the salad in layers in the shape of a crown, smearing each layer with mayonnaise: carrots, potatoes, nuts, beef, beets, cheese, egg white, yolk, nuts.

4. Decorate the “crown” with red caviar and pomegranate seeds.

The salad is very tasty. Successful combination of products – each of them gives the dish a special taste

  • Young potatoes in meat “clothes”
  • “Dry Cappuccino”
  • Sardines in tomato sauce in vegetable oil
  • Italian pickled vegetables
  • Apple liqueur
