Beef – 500 g,
Potatoes – 300 g,
Cucumbers – 300 g.,
Radish – 200 g.,
Boiled eggs – 3 pcs.
Kvass – 1,5 liters,
Mayonnaise and cream to taste,
Green onion – 1 bunch,
Dill – 1 bunch.

Method of cooking:
Boil the beef in salted water, cool and cut into small cubes.

We cut boiled potatoes, cucumbers, radishes and boiled eggs in the same way. Chop the onion and dill. Mix all the ingredients, adding a little salt.

Add cream, mayonnaise and cooled kvass.

You can also add sour cream, horseradish, mustard or wasabi to okroshka.
