Onion 3 pc.
Chicken eggs 4 pcs.
Wheat flour 5 tbsp. l.
Salt 1.5 tsp.
Ground black pepper 0.3 tsp.
Refined sunflower oil 200 ml.

Method of cooking:
To make onion fritters, we will need a large onion (if you have medium-sized or small onions, take more heads accordingly), chicken eggs, wheat flour, salt, ground black pepper and refined sunflower oil.

We clean the spring onion, cut it as small as possible.

Beat the eggs into the onions.

Add salt, ground black pepper.

Stir the onion-egg mixture, pour in the flour.

Mix until a homogeneous dough is obtained.

We teach 1-1.5 tbsp. l. onion-egg dough in heated refined sunflower oil and fry the fritters on both sides over medium heat until golden brown. Place the finished fritters on a paper towel to absorb excess oil.

Serve hot, warm or already cold – in any case it will be delicious! Additionally, serve sauce to taste.
