Method of cooking:
To prepare onion-tangerine salad, we will need tangerines, lemons, shallots, parsley, salt, pepper, sugar, olive oil, and olives.

Cut the onion into thin rings.
Marinate the onion for 15 minutes in 1 tablespoon of lemon juice.

Cut the olives into rings.

Peel the tangerines and cut them into thin circles.

For dressing, mix olive oil, sugar, salt, pepper, 1 tablespoon of lemon juice.

Place parsley, olives, tangerines, and onions in a salad bowl. Pour the dressing over the salad.
