Pancake salad with chicken – a recipe for cooking the dish.

Every housewife knows how to make pancakes and, of course, everyone has their own style and little secrets. It is not always possible to calculate the required amount of these delicacies for the family, it happens that the pancakes cool down and are not eaten to the end. In this case, you can stuff them with cheese, meat or cut into a wonderful, interesting pancake salad with chicken. This appetizer, due to its simplicity and sophistication, is suitable for both a festive table and for an ordinary lunch or dinner. We will tell you how to cook.

Importantly! Use smoked chicken and seasonings if you like spicy. For the classic version of the salad, it is enough to boil the chicken, and you will also have a rich broth for the soup.

Ingredients:
chicken – 100 g;
prunes – 100 g;
fresh cucumber – 1 pc.;
flour – 1 tbsp.;
sugar – 1 tbsp. L.;
milk – 1 tbsp .;
egg – 2 pc.;
sesame – 5 g.

If you don’t already have pancakes, prepare everything you need to bake them: two eggs, milk, flour, sugar and a pinch of salt, a pancake pan and a spatula for turning. You will also need a fresh cucumber for the salad, please note: it is best to use a salad cucumber with a smooth surface. Pour hot water in advance to soften the prunes, and boil the chicken in water until ready.

Break two eggs into a bowl, add salt and sugar. Since the salad will be with chicken, sugar can be limited: one tablespoon is enough.

Beat eggs with sugar and salt, add a glass of milk.

Mix everything thoroughly, add a glass of flour (the consistency should be medium, not thick and not liquid).

Bake pancakes on a heated pan on both sides until done.

Cool one or two pancakes, cut into strips.

Cut the salad cucumber just as carefully.

Place the chopped chicken and prunes in a bowl with the cucumbers and pancakes.

Mix everything thoroughly with the addition of mayonnaise. If you want to get a more dietary dish, dress the salad with low-fat sour cream.

At the end of cooking, sprinkle the dish with sesame seeds, walnuts or fresh greens, according to your taste! Sweet taste!
