Pancakes on kefir with apples without yeast. Pancake recipe

whole wheat flour – 320 g;
natural yogurt – 400 g;
large eggs – 3 pcs.;
sugar – about 60 g;
oil for frying – 4 tbsp. L.;
baking soda – 1 tsp;
baking powder – 1 tsp;
apples – about 400 g.

Pancakes on kefir with a lot of apples are a tasty idea not only for breakfast, but also for dinner. The recipe does not contain yeast, and it does not even need a blender for its preparation.

The process of making fritters on kefir with apples without yeast.

  1. Pour 320 g of wheat flour into a bowl. Also add 4 tbsp. l. sugar (60 g). Also add 1 tsp. of baking soda and baking powder and a symbolic pinch of salt. Mix the loose ingredients thoroughly, for example, with a kitchen whisk.

Advice: replace 1 tbsp. l. regular sugar 1 tbsp. l. vanilla sugar.

Advice: If the dough is too thick (too little eggs or too much flour), you can add a little kefir or milk (not cold). You can also not add yogurt and milk, just grate the apples on a large grater. Then they will release some juice.

Advice: Instead of apples, you can also use firmer pieces of pears, apricots, peaches or canned pineapple rings cut into small pieces.

I put 28 fritters at once on a pan with a diameter of 4 cm. Fry the fritters at a power slightly below average. After about 2-3 minutes, carefully turn each piece to the other side. The second side usually takes a little less time to prepare. Yogurt fritters can be removed from the pan when they are browned on both sides and have risen.

How long they will fry depends on the pan, its thickness and the set power of the burner. Kefir fritters will still rise during frying, so give them a little time to fry. In this way, I baked 16 large fritters.

Advice: Since there is already some fat in the dough, the yogurt fritters can be fried in a pan with a non-stick coating.
