Ingredients:
Eggs – 3 pcs.,
Cow’s milk – 1,5 cups,
Hard cheese – 150 g,
High-grade flour – 1 cup,
Garlic – 1 clove,
Parsley – 1 bunch,
Sugar – 1 tsp,
Oil – 2 tbsp.
Salt.
Butter.
Method of cooking:
First, you need to grate the cooled hard cheese on a fine grater.
Finely chop parsley and garlic.
Add a pinch of salt and sugar to the cooled eggs and beat with a mixer until foamy.
First, add half of the milk at room temperature to the beaten eggs. Add sifted flour and beat again with a mixer. At the same time, gradually pour in all the milk, add herbs and cheese and oil.
Knead the dough so that there are no lumps in it.
Pancakes should be fried on a heated and oiled pan (for the first time!) on both sides.
Ready-made pancakes can be greased with oil, but this is according to your wish.
