Method of cooking:
Before cooking, keep all the ingredients at room temperature for several hours. We take 2/3 of the flour. We immediately pour yeast into them. Let it stand for a while.

Melt the butter on the stove. And beat whole eggs with a mixer. When the eggs become a lush mass, add all the sugar mixed with vanillin in several portions. And we continue to beat until the sugar dissolves.

All that remains is to sort through and thoroughly wash the raisins and nuts. All preparations are ready. Pour all the milk into the flour and yeast together and knead the dough using a mixer and dough paddles. The dough as such will not come out at first. And such a mixture of flour and lumps.

Add melted butter to this mixture. We continue to knead. Next, we add eggs beaten with sugar to our mixture. Now it turns out a rare, but already full-fledged dough. I remind you, we used only 2/3 of the flour. And a little later, we will add the rest. Add raisins and nuts to our dough. And we knead again. We leave the dough alone. Cover it with a towel and put it in a warm place to stand for 30 minutes. During this time, the dough will rise.

Add the rest of the flour to the dough. If the mixer does not cope, knead the dough with your hands. And add flour until the dough stops sticking.

To bake paska, you will need a tall cylindrical shape (according to the canons). The bottom and walls of the mold should be lined with greaseproof paper. Fill the mold a third of the way with dough. And put the form with the dough in a warm place to rise for 30-40 minutes.

You can bake paska when the dough rises to half of the form and above. Put in an oven heated to 190 degrees Celsius. Bake for 35-40 minutes. Check readiness with a long wooden stick. But during this time the paska is already baking.

Before removing the paste from the mold, let it cool down a little. It will be very tasty and beautiful if you decorate the paska with a hat made of protein cream. You can simply sprinkle the cake with powdered sugar.
