minced pork – 600 g;
pasta – 400 g;
mushrooms – 240 g;
tomatoes – 5 pcs.;
cheese – 400 g;
garlic – 3 cloves;
large onion – 1 pc.;
salt – 0,5 tsp;
pepper – 1/4 teaspoon;
chili pepper – 1/4 teaspoon;
vegetable oil – 3 tbsp. L.;
parsley – a small bunch.

  1. To prepare a casserole, you will need 600 g of minced meat. Instead of pork, you can also use beef, chicken or turkey meat.

Put the minced meat and spices in a pan with fried vegetables.

Advice: if you like very moist casseroles, then in the last 10 minutes before the end of baking, you can add béchamel sauce or cover with cream mixed with grated Parmesan cheese and a beaten egg.
