Pears – 2 kg.,
Grapes – 300 gr. (seedless variety),
Sugar – 2,4 kg.,
Water — 300 ml.,
Lemon – 1 pcs.

Method of cooking:
Wash and dry the ripe pears.

Divide grapes into berries, wash.

Boil syrup from water and sugar.

Place the grapes in the boiling syrup.

Add pears, stir, and cook for 15 minutes over low heat.

Add all the remaining sugar and cook until ready – about an hour, stirring constantly and on very low heat.

10 minutes before the end of cooking, add the juice of one lemon.

Pour hot jam into jars and roll up.
