Pearl porridge with young garlic

1. Peel and finely chop the onion. Wash the garlic greens, dry them and also finely chop them.

2. Fry the pearl barley in a three-liter saucepan over medium heat for 4 minutes, stirring constantly. Pour into a bowl. Promotion of Ivano-Frankivsk sites

3. In the same pan, heat the margarine over medium heat. Add chopped onions and garlic and fry for a few minutes.

4. Pour pearl barley, pour broth, water, add salt, pepper and flax seeds. Bring to a boil. Reduce the heat to a minimum, cover and simmer for half an hour until ready. Serve porridge hot as a side dish to meat and poultry dishes.
