Fried potatoes are probably one of the most favorite dishes in our family. But it is very difficult to achieve such a result that the crust is as toasted and golden as in the photo. Of course, you can fry potatoes in a large amount of oil, but then you get some kind of French fries, not country-style potatoes.

Fried potatoes are also a favorite dish of our family, so that the crust turns out ruddy, I sprinkle the potatoes with flour.
