Heat a little oil in a pan, lay out the liver and fry over high heat, stirring constantly, for 4-5 minutes. At the end of frying, salt the liver.

I spread the salad on 2 large plates. First, lay out the chopped lettuce evenly, add a little salt. Slices of avocado on top of the salad. Sprinkle the avocado with lemon juice.

Then lay out the chopped eggs and tomatoes, leaving a place for the liver in the middle. Put the liver in a small slide.
