Method of cooking:
Roll out the yeast dough in a thin layer and line an oiled baking dish.
Then cut the onion into half rings. Soak the dried apricots in boiling water for a couple of minutes, and rinse the chicken under running water and cut into pieces (as you prefer).
Then fry the onion in oil in a cauldron until golden, add the meat separated from the bones and dried apricots. Fry everything. At the same time, boil the rice until half-cooked.
Then lay out the ingredients in layers. First comes a layer of rice.
Next comes a layer of meat filling.
Then again a layer of rice, a layer of meat filling and again a layer of rice. Sprinkle the top layer with seasonings.
Cover the layers with the edges of the dough.
Put the pilaf pie in an oven heated to 190 degrees and bake until a golden crust forms.
