Ingredients:
— Pork 350-400 gr.,
— Rice — 2 tbsp.,
— Onion — 3 pcs.,
— Carrot — 2 pcs.,
— Prunes — 8-10 pcs.,
– Salt,
– Seasoning for pilaf – 1 tbsp. l.,
– Oil.,
– Water – 1 liter.

Preparation:
I want to note right away that you should use dishes that can be put in the oven.
Pour vegetable oil into the bottom of the frying pan. 1 cm high, heat. Wash the meat, cut it into pieces according to your taste and put it in a dish.

When the juice from the meat evaporates, add the onion, cut into quarter rings, after 5-7 minutes. add carrots grated on a coarse grater, then add prunes (chopped), and 1 tbsp. seasonings for pilaf, mix.

Then pour the contents of the frying pan with water, add salt, and mix. Bring to a boil, pour in 2 tbsp. rice, mix. The water level should be 1 cm above the rice.

If necessary, add salt. When the water boils again, close the lid and put the roasting pan in a preheated oven for 1 hour.
