Pizza 4 cheeses – baking recipe with photo

Ingredients:
garlic – 3-4 cloves;
butter – 30-40 g;
basil or oregano.

For the dough:
flour – 250 g;
warm water – 130 ml;
a pinch of salt;
dry yeast – 1 tsp;
olive oil – 1 tbsp. l. (can be replaced with sunflower).

Cheeses (you can replace them with your own):
Gouda (hard Dutch) – 100 g;
mozzarella – 100 g;
gorgonzola – 30 g;
parmesan – 50 g.

The process of making pizza.

Let’s start with the preparation of the dough.

We mix flour with salt and pour dry yeast, mix. Pour water here and add one tablespoon of butter. We start kneading the dough. Flour may need more or less depending on its moisture content. We knead it very well so that it turns out smooth, it will take some time.

Put the dough in a bowl, cover it with a towel and put it in a warm place to rise for about an hour to an hour and a half.

We are preparing the filling.
We need to grate all cheeses except gorgonzola on a fine grater. We mix them together.

We clean the garlic (I will take 4 cloves) and finely chop it. Melt the butter in a pan and then fry the garlic in it. It is not necessary to fry it strongly, just so that the oil gets a garlic aroma.

The dough has come to us, we pass it once more. Dust the table with a little flour and begin to roll it out thinly. Dust a baking sheet with a little flour and place our dough on it.

Lubricate the cake with garlic oil.

Sprinkle with basil or oregano.

Now we tear the gorgonzola cheese (it is cheese with mold – of course, it can be replaced) into parts and distribute it on the cake.

Now we cover it all with a mixture of cheeses.

Now I send it to an oven heated to 200-250 degrees. We put it at the very bottom, for 5-7 minutes. We take our pizza out of the oven.

The garlic-cream aroma is simply divine.
