Pizza roll – recipe for making pizza.

Today’s recipe is a simple, tasty and unusual pizza. Its peculiarity is that it is baked in the form of a roll. And for its preparation, a minimum amount of products is used. At the same time, everything is done simply and quickly. What I love!

It all started with the fact that during the next inventory, a lonely boring anchovy and a small piece of cheese were found in my refrigerator. You have to use them somehow! With such a set of products, the idea of โ€‹โ€‹pizza immediately came to mind. There seems to be not enough products for an open pizza. But that’s it for the closed one. Moreover, not just closed, but twisted into a roll!

So I did. Chopped, rolled out, draped, twisted and voila! But I must warn you that this pizza has one big downside! It is very tasty and very hard to resist!

Ingredients:
yeast dough -0,5 kg;
Anchovies – 1 pc.;
hard cheese – 100 g;
tomato sauce – 70 g;
egg – 1 pcs.;
greens (dill, parsley) – a couple of sprigs.

How to cook an unusually tasty pizza.

First, we knead the dough. I always make the simplest yeast dough for pizza. I like it very much. It does not increase much in size, is well soaked with filling and remains soft.

While it is suitable, cut the anchovies into thin rings.

Grate hard cheese (on the middle position).

Roll out the dough into a thin layer.

Spread half of it with tomato sauce.

Lay out rings of anchovies.

Wrap the roll from the filled edge.

Brush the loose dough with egg.

Cut the resulting rolls along the entire length.

Brush with egg and sprinkle with greens. Place on a baking sheet. I usually line it with baking paper, but this time I greased the baking sheet with vegetable oil.

Bake in the oven at a temperature of about 180 degrees Celsius for half an hour.
