Pizza without yeast – a recipe with a photo
We all love pizza and that’s a fact. There are many options for this delicious dish. Of course, we all love classic pizza on yeast dough, but very often, due to lack of time, we suggest using the recipe for this pizza on cheese dough. Believe me, it is very fast and tasty.
Ingredients.
For the dough:
cheese – 125 g;
milk – 4 tbsp. l .;
chicken egg – 1 pc.;
vegetable oil – 5 tbsp. L.;
salt – 1/4 teaspoon;
baking soda – 1/4 teaspoon;
wheat flour – 200-210 g.
For the filling:
ham – 150 g;
raw smoked sausage – 40 g;
onion (small) – 1/4 pc.;
tomatoes (small) – 2 pcs.;
hard cheese – 150 g;
mayonnaise – 1 teaspoon;
mashed tomato pulp (ketchup or tomato sauce) – 1,5-2 tbsp. l..
Bake in an oven heated to 180 degrees for 17-20 minutes.
The process of making pizza without yeast.
First of all, let’s prepare the dough. We rub the cheese so that it becomes more uniform.
Add milk, egg, vegetable oil, salt and soda to it. Mix everything well.
Then we introduce pre-sifted flour in small portions and will knead the dough. This is how the dough should turn out – quite dense, but soft. We put the dough in a bag and leave it in the refrigerator for half an hour.
While the dough is in the refrigerator, let’s do the filling. Cut the ham into thin slices.
We also cut the raw smoked sausage thinly.
Cut half of a small bulb into quarter rings.
Tomatoes – thin circles.
Grate the cheese on a vegetable grater.
Take the dough out of the refrigerator and roll it into a circle 5 mm thick. We put it on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. We make a small border on the edges.
Grease the dough with grated tomato pulp. Very little to sprinkle with cheese.
We put the filling in one layer: ham, cheese-smoked sausage, tomato circles, sprinkle a little onion on top, then a little mayonnaise for juiciness, and cheese. Send to bake in an oven heated to 180 degrees.
And now the aromatic pizza is ready. It was in the oven for 17 minutes.
This recipe is very convenient, as you do not have to wait long for the dough to be ready, and this option is also ideal for reheating. It is prepared very quickly and turns out incomparably tasty.
