Plum marmalade

We cook like this:
1. Peel the pits from the plums, put them on a baking sheet and bake in the oven for 1 hour at a temperature of 180 °C. Then cool and grind with a blender. For marmalade, you need 400 ml of puree.
2. Grind prunes, nuts and cocoa into a puree with a blender. Put the resulting mass in a small form covered with a film, tamp well and level it.
3. Soak the gelatin in cold water for 10 minutes. Heat the plum puree, add sugar to taste, gelatin, mix so that the sugar and gelatin are completely dissolved. Pour the puree with gelatin over the prepared prune base. Allow to harden in the refrigerator or freezer. Then cut into cubes.
° If desired, such marmalade can be prepared without a prune base. You can roll the chopped marmalade in sugar.
