Poached eggs with avocado and salmon. Recipe with photo / Second dishes / Delicious

Cut the buns in half lengthwise, put them on a pan with a small amount of oil cut side down and fry them a little.

Peel the avocado, cut it in half, remove the stone and cut it into wedges. Cut the fish in the same way (I bought it already cut).

Boil poached eggs.

Now we collect all the prepared components in one dish. Place the avocado on the bun halves.

Smoked salmon or salmon on avocado.

Put poached eggs on the fish, pour warm Hollandaise sauce and serve. Poached eggs with avocado and salmon are ready.
