Pork chops in a pan. Recipe for chops

boneless pork tenderloin – 700 g;
garlic – 2 cloves;
salt – 1/2 teaspoon;
black pepper – 1/4 teaspoon;
meat seasoning – 1/2 teaspoon;
olive oil – 3 tbsp. L.;
wheat flour – 4 tbsp. L.;
small eggs – 2 pcs.;
breadcrumbs – 4-5 tbsp. L.;
oil for frying.

Pork chop with potatoes and salad is an example of a very tasty classic dinner. I think most of you have been making these chops for years. Below I have described to you my favorite, proven recipe for fragrant pork chops, the taste of which is simply fantastic.

The process of cooking pork chops.

  1. Cut the pork into slices (about 2 cm thick). Beat the meat from both sides. In a small bowl, combine crushed garlic (2 cloves), salt (1/2 tsp), pepper (1/4 tsp), meat seasoning (1/2 tsp), and olive oil (2-3 tbsp. L.). If desired, you can add finely chopped fresh parsley or dill (1 tsp).

Rub the pieces of meat with the finished marinade. They can be fried immediately, but I usually leave them for several hours, for example, in an airtight container, thanks to which the meat turns out juicier and more aromatic.
